I am sat here with my one vice, black coffee. Which according to some websites is a good thing and with other websites it is bad!
All I can say is everything in moderation (well sometimes!.)
I am pondering the
Luckily, here in Thailand, when I do fancy something sweet I can get some pineapple or watermelon, it gets rid of my sweet craving. Here the fruit tastes
At the gym I get a good variety of fresh fish, meats and vegetables with rice which is the staple diet.
A lot of my eating habits need to change, for example, I am a very fast eater….the food would be piled into my mouth, head straight, unchewed into my stomach, where the poor stomach would have to do the hard work of processing it. By the time the stomach has done what it had, the second load of food appears, for my stomach, this is a never-ending story. Feeling sorry for me stomach?!

That is good, something I will take on board.
It really does require making sure you do things in balance. Even losing too quickly has its own problems and you end up snapping back in your weight too quickly. Better to do it slowly.
Thank you for the advice, much appreciated.
Yes fast eating is no good. Eat slower and enjoy it so you can digest your food and enjoy the meal.
