I am taking this as an early win.
A few years ago when I first came to Thailand for an extended period, the diet was not taken seriously, eating the naughty snacks and having fizzy drinks, it took me at least a month to shed any weight.
This trip is different, from day two (day one I had durian!) I took the diet very seriously and shed 6 kg in the first 6 days. Some of this could be water weight, nonetheless, I am using this as a positive booster.
It is such a struggle to not eat badly when you are traveling!! Especially in Thailand!! So props to you my friend!

We both know how tempting the street food is, especially sticky rice and mango!

So glad my post has inspired, means a lot!
Always lovely to read your blog. Please keep up with weight watching, easy to put it on but painful to shed it!
All the best
Thank you for the advice, masserji. I just look at food and weight gets added!
We all need a positive boost! Keep in enjoying that Durian, it’s delicious cold. As good as ice-cream.
Durian is a very tasty fruit but also fatty!
Good work Mandeep! We need side profile to fairly judge the weight loss.
Thank you Sheree, I will publish and before and after picture at the end!
Congratulations on your plan and keep it up! @ knycx.journeying

Thank you so much Yuliya
Good job on your plan! It’s hard to be healthy while traveling.
Especially in Thailand where the street food looks so tasty!
